CHARGE POLICY

Student meals
All enrolled students of Two Rivers School District are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to your household each day of the 2022-2023 school year. No further action is required of you. Students will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit a meal application.

A la carte or other food and beverage items may be purchased by either providing payment for the items at the time of receipt or by having a prepaid account with the District that may be charged for the items.

Adult charge policy
Adult charges must be paid in full by the last day of each month.

The Two Rivers School District is pleased to announce the district will participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) during the 2020 - 2021 school year providing meals, regardless of eligibility category, at NO CHARGE for all students at all Two Rivers Schools that participate in the National School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program. CEP is made possible through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Special Assistance Certification and Reimbursement Community Eligibility Provision. Federal reimbursement for meals is based on the Identified Student Percentage (ISP) established by the District. The information used to establish the ISP will be made available only to State and Federal officials for review. All adults, e.g., visitors, teachers, support staff members, and administrators of the district must assume the full cost of the meal which is $2.50 for Breakfast and $4.00 for Lunch.

Notice of Invitation to Bid (IFB)

The Two Rivers School District will be accepting bids for the foodservice department for the 2022-2023 school year, including grocery’s, milk, juice, bread, and supplies. Bid packets may be picked up at the Two Rivers Schools Superintendent’s Office at 17727 East State Hwy 28, Ola, AR 72853 or you may request an electronic copy at fowlerb@trgators.org  from May 13- July 1 during normal business hours.

All bids must be received by Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 10:00a.m. Bids should be in a sealed envelope. Bids will be opened July 5, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Two Rivers Cafeteria. The Two Rivers School District follows all rules pertaining to Debarment and Suspension and will use small, minority, and women’s businesses whenever possible.
