Act 563 Concerning Bus Driver Eligibility of Health Insurance
During the recent legislative session, Act 563 of 2019 was enacted. As of July 23, 2019, Act 563 allows “full-time school bus drivers” to elect Health Insurance coverage through ARBenefits.
