Statement on bus incident
On the morning of September 19, a student turned in an unloaded BB gun to the bus driver that had been in their backpack. The BB gun was immediately turned over to the School Resource Officer by the bus driver when the bus arrived on campus. At no time were there any threats made or any danger to students.
The students responsible have been removed from campus and will be disciplined according to district policy.
