It has come to our attention that a few parents may have paid for back to school pictures but did not receive them. This error was caused when Lifetouch sent the proofs rather than the pictures that were ordered. We have been working with Life Touch for the past couple of days to figure out a resolution to this issue. Lifetouch has set up a special operations manager to handle the issue.  If you did not receive the pictures you paid for, please contact the Operation Manager below:
