REPORTING COVID-19 POSITIVE TEST RESULTS AND/OR EXPOSURE
Please call (479)355-1359 to report to our district if you have had a positive COVID-19 test result AND/OR you have been notified from the Arkansas Department of Health that you were a Probable Close Contact with someone who tested positive. Our District Nurse, Meggan Reid, is serving as our Point of Contact and will be actively working with any suspected or known cases within our district in accordance with ADH guidelines. She will be available to take your call everyday, Monday-Sunday from 7:00am to 7:00pm. If you are notified of test results or exposure outside of this time, make sure that you still call ASAP and leave a voicemail with your name and number.
It is important to call this number as soon as you receive notification, so that you can be instructed on the next steps to take. DO NOT COME TO SCHOOL UNTIL YOU HAVE TALKED WITH MEGGAN.
Once Meggan has spoken with you and gathered all necessary information, she will relay that to our state's call center, who will then be assigning you a Contact Tracer and a Case Manager. Both the Contact Tracer and the Case Manager will then call you. BE AWARE THAT THE NUMBERS THEY WILL BE CALLING YOU FROM ARE 1-800 NUMBERS. IT WILL BE VERY IMPORTANT TO ANSWER WHEN THEY CALL. IF YOU DON'T TALK WITH THEM, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR RELEASE FROM QUARANTINE."
