Two Rivers High School Home of the Gators Update on Seniors 2020 (Graduation Ceremony) We all know this is a difficult time in our world and it has made this spring very different for schools and for our seniors of 2020. We want to honor our students for their hard work during their high school years. Two Rivers is planning to do everything possible to have a traditional graduation ceremony for these students, their parents, families and our community. After much discussion about a virtual graduation ceremony or a traditional graduation ceremony, we decided we will shoot for the traditional graduation ceremony. We will get more guidance from the state before we set a date. Please be aware that students will already be in possession of their graduation apparel that will be needed for their future graduation ceremony. Update on Senior Slide Show The senior slide show is being completed and our plan will be to show this after our graduation ceremony in the auditorium if possible. Regardless, we will give a copy of the senior slide show to all seniors at the 2020 Graduation Ceremony. Update on Senior Sidewalk The names of all of our Two Rivers Seniors are always written on a section of sidewalk at the school each year and everyone signs his or her name. It is our plan to do this one way or the other in the future. We will invite all seniors to be here and participate but if for some reason they cannot attend, we will still include them in the sidewalk. Senior Supplies pick up day and drop off any items that belong to the school. Friday, May 8 seniors can pick up their report card, transcript, diploma and senior supplies from Jostens. (Your Jostens’ balance must be paid in full to pick up your senior items. You may call Jostens at 479-968-3269 for your balance. All items that belong to the school must be turned in to pick up your diploma. (example: textbooks, library books, athletic uniforms, etc) Please just drive up to the awning by the front main doors of the High School between 11am and 12:30 pm on Friday, May 8, and we will hand you your items and collect anything you need to turn in that belongs to the school. Please do not get out of your vehicle because we want to be as safe as possible during this event. We wish our seniors of 2020 the very best in the future. Any personal items that were left in your locker will be handed to you on the senior pick up day. Remember, please do not exit your vehicle. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at the school. Sincerely, Barry Fisher & Capella Neeley & Debra Whisenhunt

To the 2020 Senior Class and Parents: The Two Rivers School Board Meeting was held last night and the consensus was that we want to give our Two Rivers Seniors of 2020 a real Graduation Ceremony if at all possible. We are working today and early next week on plans for our seniors. We will have discussions about the TR Graduation for our 2020 seniors, senior slideshow, senior sidewalk, etc. Early next week we will send out an email about our Two Rivers Graduation Plans and information about a Senior Pick Up Day for seniors to return school items to the school and pick up senior items (Josten's stuff, diplomas, cap and gown, transcripts, etc.). No Diplomas will be given out until we receive all items that belong to the school. Examples: athletic uniforms, band uniforms or instruments, cheer uniforms, library books, textbooks, etc. Once we have our detailed plan for seniors next week, all of this information will be mailed to seniors' parents, emailed, posted on all of the schools social media outlets, and we will do a school messenger call. Graduation Ceremony Date: At this time we can't pick an actual date but we would be hoping for something in Early August... Once we get more info from the State, we will then choose a date for this year's Graduation Ceremony! Go Gators! Mr Fisher
